At Mariposa Bakery and Wine Bar, we believe in the power of community. Our founder, Moe Jones, returned to her southern roots when moving to Oriental in 2021. After falling in love with this town, she thought it needed a bakery! Then she thought, why not combine it with a wine bar? And Mariposa was born. After two years of planning, construction and community support, the doors opened in February 2025.
